Lakewood, NJ
The new Lakewood Fire Complex replaced two existing firehouses which no longer met the needs of the Lakewood Fire Department. The two buildings, now in a centralized location in town, include drive-thru engine rooms, kitchens, and locker rooms, as well as sleeping quarters for the career firefighters. The materials reflect the character of the adjacent neighborhood.
